ALL SALES FINAL
Due to the limited, handmade, and small-batch nature of our garments, all sales are final.
We do not offer returns or refunds for:
• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Preference in fit, wash, distressing, or finish
Each product page includes sizing and garment details. Customers are responsible for reviewing this information before purchase.
If sizing assistance is needed, please contact us prior to ordering.

EXCHANGES (SIZE ONLY)
We may approve one-time size exchanges, subject to:
• Request submitted within 72 hours of delivery
• Item is unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Item is approved by our team before being returned
• Replacement size is available
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

NO REFUNDS
We do not issue refunds.
If an item is confirmed to have a true manufacturing defect, we will offer:
• Replacement, or
• Store credit
at our discretion.
Normal characteristics of Amis Et Fleurs garments are not defects, including:
• Distressing
• Fading
• Vintage wash variation
• Rhinestone placement variation
• Paint variation
These are intentional design elements.

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Size changes may be requested before shipment only, and are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
Once an order is shipped, Amis Et Fleurs is not responsible for:
• Lost packages
• Stolen packages
• Delivery delays caused by carrier
Customers assume responsibility for the shipment upon carrier confirmation.
We recommend monitoring tracking and securing delivery.
